Shopping for Faller, Kibri, Vollmer, Viessmann & Noch railway models and scenic accessories at is easy. There are four simple steps to place an order:

1/ Find the product(s) you want.

2/ Add to your shopping cart.

3/ Login or supply account information.

4/ Checkout - selecting Payment / Shipping options and confirm order.

How do I place an order for Products?

When you find a product you want to purchase -

If discrete items simply click "Add to Cart" - you might want to adjust the quantities by changing the quantity value or using the "+" / "-" buttons.

Once you have all the products you require and want to checkout / pay for your order, simply click the "Show Cart"

PLEASE NOTE: All of our prices are quoted without G.S.T. This will be added to orders for customers living in New Zealand. Customers outside New Zealand will not be charged G.S.T. on their purchases.

Checking out:

To place and pay for for your order - you need to "checkout" - the following outlines various checkout steps.

Registered customer or Guest Checkout:

You can select to check out your order either as a Registered Customer or a Guest.

A Registered Customer can log in later and view their order status on-line. Your addresses are saved so that next time when logged in you don't need to re-enter this data.

A Guest can place their order - you will be notified by email of order status, but cannot view orders on line.

If you have not registered on before, you may opt to create a new account. You will be requested to supply some account details, which will be saved and will allow you to return later and use the same account.

All orders and accounts need a valid email address!

Either log in using existing account or enter your Billing Name and Address and, if different, your Shipping information and click on “Checkout”. Shipping address allows products to be shipped to an address other than your billing address - eg gifts.

To complete the checkout process:

  • Select a Method of Shipping.
  • Select a Method of Payment.
  • Confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions
  • Once all details complete Confirm order.

Shipping Address Book:

If the merchandise is to be sent to an address other than the billing address, enter the address information under the shipping information. This information will be updated automatically and stored in your personal address book for future purchases. Your address book can store and maintain several addresses.

Payment options:

All orders will require confirmation of payment before goods are shipped.

Credit Card Payments via Paypal / Paymate will be verified immediately upon completion of payment via either system. All credit card purchases require a minimum value of $50.

Paymate: if you select this payment option - after confirming the order you will be provided a link to the paymate payment gateway- click on it and it will redirect you to paymate payment page with order information prefilled - simply provide credit card details to complete payment.

Paypal: if you select this payment option, after confirming the order you will be redirected to the Paypal gateway- select if you want to pay by Credit Card or via your pay and complete payment.

If during the Paymate or Paypal payment process, you "cancel" payment, your order will be deleted.

We also offer "Bank Transfer / Deposit" for all purchases - but particularly for order values under $50. Orders will not be shipped until payment confirmed.

Supplying "order number" and your "name" as details in your direct credit will speed up confirmation of payment.

Shipping Information:

Currently, Eurorail Models Ltd offers on-line shopping with shipping, only for New Zealand customers.

Customers outside New Zealand should email their order to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., to enable us to process it and calculate the relevant shipping charge.

Delivery Methods:

Eurorail Models provides shipping via NZ Post - tracked couriers. Either Metro or Rural - ensure you select correct delivery type to avoid delays in order processing.

Shipping is calculated based upon all items in your shopping basket. Value of shipping will be updated as items in the shopping cart are varied.

Stock Levels:

If an item you wish to purchase is not currently in stock, please send me an email or use the "notify me" button and we can tell you when it is likely to be arriving.

You will notice that there is a ‘signal' alongside each item. This is an interactive system that will change automatically should the stock situation change as a result of a confirmed customer purchase, new stock being ordered or stock arriving in New Zealand.

lights-green‘Green' signifies that the item is in stock. Turnaround is usually with 48 hours from receipt of your order.

lights-amber‘Yellow' signifies that the item, although not in stock, has been ordered and is on its way to us. The likely arrival date is mentioned in the text next to the signal.

lights-red‘Red' signifies that the item is not presently held in stock by us. If you wish to purchase an item with a 'red' signal, simply email us and we will respond with a likely date when we will be ordering from the manufacturers.

While we endeavour to keep our data-bases up to date and accurate, we are only human and sometimes (rarely I hope) our indicators of stock availability may be incorrect. Please accept our apologies if this happens.


All items sent via the postal system have automatic insurance up to NZ$250.00, to any destination. If you require a greater level of insurance than this, please advise us.
