Pre-decorated, plastic kitset.

Three-storey building with a cream exterior, dark facing on the gable floor and an attic floor balcony. The ground floor is glazed to the roadside over its entire height and accommodates a pharmacy and a medical supply store under an overhanging roof.
This building kit contains: 189 single parts in 6 colours, window foil, 2 paper masks and 1 construction instruction.
You will see, above the street-facing windows, signage to show that there is a pharmacy in the premises. There is a lit sign available for pharmacies - VI1375
