Spacious warehouse with masonry plinth, timber framework with light-coloured bracing, a lantern light, and loading platforms on both sides, similar to an original located in Stadtlauringen.

For timber loading the premises feature a large railborn gantry crane with log grab, the control cabin and jib of that crane being manually movable.

For decoration, set includes cases, sacks, casks, stacks of boards, and matchwood.
